Meet Your Hosts

Hi, we're Carly & Joseph, owners of Aromatic Acres.

For more than a decade, we've been building a profitable flower farm on less than half an acre in suburban Milwaukee—while working full-time jobs for much of that journey.

Like many small-scale growers, we didn't start with endless land, unlimited time, or a background in farming. We learned through trial and error, constantly asking better questions and refining the systems that helped our farm become more intentional, sustainable, and profitable.

Today, our passion is helping other growers shorten that learning curve by sharing the decision-making framework we've developed through years of real-world experience.

Because we believe successful flower farms aren't built by growing more.

They're built by making better decisions.
